Chris Frazer Smith presents an almost otherwordly scene straight out of bladerunner, with neverending high rises, fluorescent lights, and cramped apartments, teeming with life. In this piece there is also a brilliant composition essentially made up of a tricolore of a kind of cobalt blue with industrial yellow on either side, which altogether makes for a more impactful visually intriguing image.
